  • Our cleaning partners are required to use commercial grade chemicals to guarantee our customers a clean, fresh space.
  • Any specialized chemical requested by a customer is acceptable, however, the customer must provide it for the cleaner and their expense.
  • OSHA Regulations and Safety Data Sheets are mandatory
  • Superior Cleaning USA Customer Service is available 24/7.  For emergencies, contact your customer sales representative.  Life threatening or serious injury, call 911

ACH and check payments are accepted 

In the event of an office closure due to holiday, cleaners will accommodate to service the customer at another mutually agreed time

  • Superior Cleaning USA requires ALL cleaning partners to carry liability and bond insurance.  We update these records constantly.
  • Cleaning Partners are background checked and screened as part of our onboarding process.  Background checks can be requested by customer at any time.
  • Cleaning frequency is determined by the customer and priced accordingly.
  • We have cleaners that specialize in one-time and special situation cleans.  Contact your sales representative and they will help you with this!

Customer provides all consumable products.  Superior Cleaning USA can order them and bill the customer for them.

Payment terms: “initial cleans” and one-time cleans are typically paid in advance or 50% in advance and 50% upon completion

Superior Cleaning USA only offers commercial cleaning services at this time.

Yes! We offer Rough cleans, Final Cleans and day laborers.
